Prepayment by bank transferPayment is made in advance, usually by bank transfer. All necessary payment information can be found in the “Order Confirmation” that we send you by email after your purchase. Bank transfers usually take 1–2 days. Once your prepayment has been received, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
Purchase by invoice for companies and public institutionsWhen paying by invoice, the payment term is 14 days after receipt of the invoice. VAT is listed separately on the invoice. This payment method is available only in Germany. Please note that if the due date is exceeded, the invoice automatically goes into default.
Cash on Delivery (plus fee: 10.95 € incl. tax)For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 10,95 € per order. Payment is made in cash upon delivery. Once your order is received, it will be processed immediately and shipped as soon as possible. Please make sure you have enough cash on hand, as the postal carrier does not accept debit or credit cards. Available only in Germany. Maximum order value: €3,500.00
