For existing SALTO KS systems, please include the locking system ID in the order comment so that the voucher you have ordered can be better assigned to your system. You can find this as follows: You will find the ID number if you click on your locking system name in the user interface and then under the text area "Order new voucher" under subscription.

With the SALTO KS - Vouchers, users activate their account, which allows them to use all the functionalities of SALTO KS. Each voucher unlocks a 1-year subscription. For existing systems, it is important to ensure that the voucher is extended in good time, as no changes to the locking plan or online closures are possible once the validity has expired. Upgrades or downgrades are possible at any time. Please note the restrictions below for the respective voucher sizes.
Voucher sizes:
- S - For 1 to 15 users and max. 10 IQs per system
- M - For 16 to 50 users and max. 15 IQs per system
- L - For 51 to 150 users and max. 25 IQs per system
- XL - For 151 to 300 users and max. 50 IQs per system
- XXL - For 301 to 800 users and max. 200 IQs per system
- 3XL - For 801 to 1300 users and unlimited IQs per system
- 4XL - For 1301 to 2000 users and unlimited IQs per system
