SALTO - XS4 Neo cam lock cylinder - Configurator

The Salto Neo NxCL is an electronic cam lock cylinder suitable for doors, mailbox systems, office and document cabinets, as well as lockers, cabinets, display cases and other applications requiring a cam or lever lock. Opening is possible via RFID credential, digital key using Mobile Access, and remote opening. With Salto Space, remote opening is available through the software when the system is connected via wireless network. With Salto KS and Salto Homelok, remote opening is available via web and mobile app. All communication with the NxCL is encrypted. Electronic emergency opening is possible using a portable PPD programming device.

Depending on the system configuration, RFID credentials as well as digital keys via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and NFC can be used. Communication between the credential and the cylinder is encrypted.

Secure Electronic Locking Cylinder with High Flexibility

For enhanced mechanical protection, the SALTO Neo Cylinder features hardened drill protection. A two-colour LED on the electronic knob provides immediate visual feedback indicating whether access has been granted or denied. An optional acoustic signal can provide additional feedback.

A major advantage in day-to-day operation is that the battery can be replaced without removing the cylinder from the door. This makes maintenance fast and convenient.

The electronic Euro profile cylinder is available in different lengths and configurations to suit a wide range of door situations. Depending on the selected version, additional options such as anti-panic or emergency functions are available.

Flexible Credentials for Digital Access Control

The SALTO Neo electronic locking cylinder supports various types of credentials, allowing flexible access management. In addition to RFID cards and RFID key fobs based on compatible NXP MIFARE technology, digital keys via Bluetooth LE or NFC can also be used, depending on the SALTO platform and system configuration.

This makes the SALTO Neo particularly suitable for modern locking systems where traditional mechanical keys are supplemented or replaced by centrally managed electronic or mobile access permissions.

Suitable for Different Door Thicknesses and Applications

According to the manufacturer, the SALTO Neo Euro Profile Cylinder is available for door thicknesses ranging from 40 to 370 mm. Different cylinder bodies and internal knob designs allow adaptation to a wide variety of installation situations. Versions for glass doors as well as models with additional safety and panic functions are also available for specific applications.

The Euro profile cylinder uses a 15 mm DIN cam. Depending on the version, models with a gear wheel are also available.

Compatible with SALTO Access Control Platforms
