Die Daitem D24 - Bus-Relaisstation mit Netzteil 502-27D wird zur Erweiterung der Reichweite aller Funk-Teilnehmer des D24-Systems eingesetzt. Somit lassen sich auch größere Objekte mit dem D24 Funk-Alarmsystem projektieren, welche aufgrund ihrer Ausdehnung bisher nur schwierig beziehungsweise überhaupt nicht realisierbar waren. Es sind beliebig viele Melder in die Relaisstation einlernbar. Die maximale Anzahl an einlernbaren Meldern ist durch die Anzahl der Melder in der Zentrale bestimmt.
